FrankCrum is Hiring a Warehouse Lead (FT) Near Lakeland, FL
- Oversees the manufacture and packaging of finished goods to meet productivity standards preventing costly negative variance and possible short shipments.
- Ensures that all production equipment used on shift is properly maintained to prevent productivity loss, excessive damage and downtime.
- Confer and correspond with warehouse, purchasing, quality assurance to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and non-conformance to specifications.
- One Year food plant experience
- Familiar with Hazardous Materials used in Food Plant.
- Ability to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Ability to understand and operate all material handling equipment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, read and write English fluently, ability and willingness to follow Standard Operating Procedures, ability to receive written and verbal directions, ability to understand general work processes.
- Must possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Must be BILINGUAL in Spanish/English-Required
- Ability to move up and down building stairways and ladders in a multi-level plant to reach job assignments and perform the tasks required in the warehouse.
- Tasks require climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, bending and twisting.
- Capable of exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects, stack, lift or push.
